تقشير البشرة مهم جدا للازالة الجلد الميت

وعشان كده انا جبت ليكم خلطتين روووووعه لتقشير الجسم

جربوهن وقولو ليا رايكم فيها وبصراحة:

الخلطة الأولى :
فيها:

* قدر فنجان قهوه زيت زيتون.
* وكمان عصير نص ليمونه.
* وملعقة كبيرة ملح.
*وو... نص فنجان سكر خشن .

؛؛،،؛؛؛،،؛؛
وطبعا تخلطيهم كلهم مع بعض

وتبدى بوضعهم على جسمك...

وتفركي جسمك بحركه دائريه لمده 10 دقايق ومن اسفل الى اعلى...

وبعدها اغسلي الخلطة من على جسمك...

وشوفى النعومة كيف ؛؛،،؛؛

والخلطة الثانية :

* عصير نص ليمونه.
* 2م زيت زيتون.
* 3م زيت اللوز.
* 22م زبادي .

الطريقة :

توضع على كامل الجسم لمده ساعتين او 3ساعات او
تتركينها طوال اللي لتعطي نتائج افضل بعدها اذا جفت
أحضري ليفه وافركي جسمك بحركه دائريه من اسفل لاعلى
لتنشيط الدوره الدمويه وستلاحظين وجود مثل الخيوط
البيضا وهذه هي الجلد الميت وبعدها اغسلي جسمك
واستعملي الصابون ..

لكن الكميه دي كفايه للبشره كلها؟

ابو تلاته ساعات دي شكلها سمحه
بس مشكلتها 3 ساعات :shock:
